How returning works
Five steps, no surprises.
- Register your return
Through the return form, done in a few minutes. We cannot accept a return that has not been registered.
- Wait for approval
We review your request and let you know as soon as it is approved.
- Receive your return label
Once approved, you receive the return label and shipping instructions by email.
- Clean it and pack it
Make sure the bed is clean and free of hair. Roll it up tightly from the short side and secure it with string. Never put tape on the fabric.
- Your money back
Once it arrives we check your return. After that we refund the amount to your original payment method, within 14 days and usually sooner.

Hygiene
We only take back laundry strips and other sealed items if the seal is still completely intact.
Free extras from a promotion
Did you get something free with your order? Send it back with the return, or keep it and pay 5 euro per item.
Exchanging for another size or colour
The fastest route: register your return and order the right item straight away. As soon as your return arrives, we refund your first order.
Your statutory cooling-off period
Within the EU you have 14 days to cancel without giving a reason. Our 30 nights of trial sleeping are separate from that and go well beyond it.
How you get your money back
We let you know as soon as we have received and checked your return. After that we refund your original payment method, within 14 days and usually sooner. Paid with Klarna? Then it can take a few days longer.
Frequently asked questions
My order arrived damaged, what now?
Contact us right away and include a photo. Then it is not a return but a complaint, and we simply solve it for you. You pay nothing.
Does the bed really have to be clean?
Yes. A bed full of hair cannot be resold and cleaning it costs us time. Take off the cover, wash it at 30 degrees and brush the bed down. If you do not, we deduct the cleaning cost.
I no longer have the original box.
No problem, use another sturdy box. For that we charge € 7.95. Never send the bed loose, in film or in a bag: then we charge € 15, because it arrives damaged and we can no longer sell it.
My dog slept in it one night. Does that count as used?
No. That is exactly what trial sleeping is for. Normal signs of use are no problem, we only look at damage, stains and odour.
Do I need my order number?
Handy, but not required. Your email address or postcode is enough for us to find your order.
Can I return just the cover?
Certainly. Register it separately in the return form. The same conditions apply to a separate cover as to a bed.
